COUNTRIES SUPPORTED AND THEIR NETWORK

Step 1
Insert the SIM card into your phone and turn on ‘Data Roaming’ (under Mobile Networks in settings). Make sure you insert the SIM card in slot 1 if you are using a dual SIM phone.

Step 2
Restart the device 2-3 times until network is detected. In some countries, it may take 15-40 minutes for the signal to be detected. 

In case cannot access internet after Step 2, you will need to manually set APN names

Step 3
Select the APN you just set and restart your phone. It may take a few restart to take effect.

How good is the network coverage of this United Kingdom and Europe Three travel prepaid plan?

This is primarily a United Kingdom card by the Three network. You can use it freely in UK with speed up to 5G. When you use it outside UK, the speed will be depending on the countries' network coverage.

Can I turn on hotspot and share the connection with other users/devices?

Yes you can! But hotspot is only available in UK and Europe.

If I finished using the 12GB data outside UK, will I be able to use it when I go to UK?

Outside of UK, you will only have maximum of 12GB data quota. Assuming you have finished using this quota, then you will have 38GB quota left to be used in UK.

Can I use this on my Mifi and Tablets?

Yes you can but only in UK & Europe countries. Other than these countries, hotspot and tethering are not supported

I can call any number with the unlimited calls and SMS allowance?

You can only call any UK/Europe numbers while you are in UK/Europe. Example if you are in Australia, you are unable to call to a UK/Europe number.

Will I be charged for receiving calls from other country?

As long as you are in any of the listed 72 countries, receiving calls from anywhere around the world is free.

Is it true that I can use this card in the 72 countries listed?

Yes you can but the speed really depends on which country you are in. 

Can I use Whatsapp to chat and make calls with this card?

You certainly can. Using Whatsapp to call saves you money.

Is the data inside this card enough for my usage?

Depending on your usage, 30 days usage of 4GB (4000MB) is enough for an average user. Since you will be using this card for less than 30 days, the data allocated should be sufficient. Here is an example of a typical daily data usage overseas:

I purchased my Phone overseas with a plan with it. Will I be able to use your SIM cards?

Some phones are "network locked" meaning it can only use it with a certain plan. You have to check whether it is "network locked". If it is then you will not be able to use any other SIM cards except for the binding network cards.
